As your designer, I focus entirely on the artistry and layout of your stationery. Once you place your order, Zazzle takes over the production and shipping. I do not have access to your edits or orders and cannot make any changes or edits. While I am always here to help with design questions or feedback, Zazzle’s dedicated customer service team handles the "heavy lifting" of logistics, tracking, and delivery to ensure your order arrives exactly as expected.
